Megan Higgs is a Licensed Loan Officer serving the states of Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington. Megan has been in the mortgage industry since May of 2001 and pledges to handle every facet of your transaction with professionalism, dedication and personalized care. Megan works with first time homebuyers and seasoned borrowers alike with a vast loan product range encompassing, Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA Loan types.
