Meet Nichole Rimer

I’ve worked alongside Bryan Black since the 1990s and several of our other Originators and Processors for more than a decade. I started as a Receptionist and quickly worked my way up, learning more about the business everyday. My goal is to support our Originators and Processors to the best of my ability with my knowledge and experience. I want to help make the lending experience a positive one for our clients and referral partners. The culture of our team is what truly sets us apart, we’re always brainstorming ideas to make something work for a client or to make something work better in our process.

I’m passionate about home ownership! So much of our life happens in our home, it’s where we celebrate milestones, bring home our babies, gather with our friends and share our lives. I’m a fourth generation Washingtonian, who loves exploring the PNW with my family and pups. We’re regularly out camping, hiking, paddle boarding or beach combing and if I’m not outside, chances are I’m curled up with a good book or trying a new recipe I found on Pinterest!
