Meet Tanya Apuyan

Tanya Apuyan is a loan advisor who has been working in the industry for over 3 years. She grew up in Western Washington and moved to Spokane in 2006 with her then-boyfriend, now husband, for a job opportunity. Tanya is married with two kids ages 9 and 6 and has two boxer dogs. She is passionate about helping her clients find the best loan scenario that fits their needs. Tanya is known for her excellent communication skills. She is also dedicated to providing the utmost customer service to create a live long relationship with her clients.

One day, Tanya received a call from a client who was in desperate need of a new home because they were out of space, they were in over their heads in debt, and needed a fresh start. She listened patiently as the client explained his situation and assured him that she would do everything she could to help him. Finally, after several days of hard work, Tanya was able to come up with a solution that made sense for them.

The client was overjoyed and thanked her for her hard work and dedication. He said that he had never met a loan advisor who cared so much about their clients and was willing to go above and beyond to help them. This was why she loves her job - because she has the power to make a real difference in people’s lives.
